Notice is hereby given that a public hearing of the St. Stephen City Council in and for the City of St Stephen, Stearns County, Minnesota is scheduled at 7 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter on April 2, 2025 in the Council room at 2 Sixth Ave. SE, St. Stephen, MN 56375 to consider the following: An Amendment to Ordinance 41 to amend the definition of feedlot, and to clarify provisions for chickens, setbacks and sheds. The full text of the Amendment is available in the office of the City Clerk. Anyone wishing to comment will be heard at the public hearing and written comments may be forwarded to the office of the City Clerk before the time of the public hearing.
